I have used a competitive cleaner previously – one that you hear advertised on the radio all the time. I actually spoke with Ryan and told him specifically what I was trying to accomplish: reduce dog odor & mustiness from carpets. He offered a pre-treating option that disinfected & deodorized deep down prior to the cleaning. The team was thorough & efficient. They had to move a couple of items and did so without any problem or complaint. I spent a little bit more with Carpet Restoration, but this is one of those things that if you spend just a little bit more you get a significantly better result.
